Return policy

Return & Refund Policy

Return Period:
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return and send it back.

(If you return your items later than 14 days after receipt, we are unfortunately unable to process a refund upon receipt.)

Conditions for Returning Items:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box, with no damage to the box itself.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return.

How to Request a Return:
To request a return, please contact us by email at info@christelthelabel.com.
Please provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your package is sent with track & trace to our warehouse.
Note that our return address is located overseas, which makes the return shipping costs higher than within the UK.

  • UK = £15 return shipping fee
  • Europe = £20 return shipping fee

Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Amount:
The refund amount will only include the price of the returned item. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless otherwise stated.

Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us for further assistance.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period:
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

How to Cancel an Order:
Please email us to request cancellation.
Provide your order number and the reason for the cancellation.

Cancellation After Shipping:
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Return Address

All returns must be sent to our warehouse. The return address is located outside the UK, but we group multiple returns together to reduce environmental impact. Therefore, the return address is in the UK. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You will receive the specific return address once you’ve registered your return by email. Please ensure that your package is well-packaged and sent with track & trace. Returns sent without track & trace will not be accepted. Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible.
