Shipping & returns
Free Shipping! We offer free delivery across the UK on all orders.
Due to high demand and a large number of orders, there may be a slight delay in our logistics. Our current delivery time is 3-5 working days. We appreciate your patience 😊.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link. This will allow you to track your order and view its delivery status.
Occasionally, issues may arise during the processing of your order. If this happens, please contact our customer service team right away. They will assist you promptly and work with you to find the best solution!
Return
You have 14 days to return your item(s). Make sure you provide your shipment with a track & trace, otherwise we cannot accept the return. Return costs are at the customer's expense.
You have the right to revoke and return your order within our 14-day return period. Within this period you can review and try on your purchase.
The items you wish to return must be unworn and all tags are still attached to the item. The item contains no signs of use or other stains.
Please note! If an item does not comply with our return conditions, you unfortunately cannot return it. Our returns process uses various tests to determine whether a returned item meets the conditions. If your return does not meet the conditions, we cannot process it and will not refund it.
Once we have received and verified your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

If the SALE items meet our return conditions, you can return them. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase price.
